When did OG Jerseys Inc. launch?

- We launched OGJerseys in August, 2015.

 What is your return policy?

- You can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed jerseys for up to 15 days after the delivery date. We do not not cover the shipping fees to return/exchange items. Please email us for more information at OGJerseys@outlook.com. 


I received the incorrect item. What should I do?

- In the rare situation that a wrong item was received, please email us at OGJerseysinc@hotmail.com. Depending on the case, we may ask you to return the order to us and then send out the correct one, or a solution will be worked out in your favour.

Will you be adding new jerseys to the store soon?

- Yes, we plan on releasing a new jersey each month!

Do you ship worldwide?

- We currently ship to the US, Canada, and most parts of Europe. If you are wondering whether we will be able to ship to your location, email us at OGJerseys@outlook.com

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

- Orders are shipped based on the availability and size of the item. Once your order is placed, it may take up to four days for your items to be shipped. After it ships, it may take 7-15 business days for your order to be delivered.

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

- Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is sent out. Please ensure that you are entering your correct email address when ordering. 

 

Will I receive a tracking number?

- Yes. All US orders are delivered by USPS. Canada orders will be delivered by CanadaPost. All orders include tracking. Customers in Europe can track through Royalmail.com. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout. 

I ordered multiple items, but only received part of my order? 

- Sometimes orders are shipped separately. We recommend emailing us in this situation to double check and ensure you receive your entire order. 

 

 Do you sell NBA, NFL or any national league jerseys?

- No, we do not sell any official league jerseys. Head over to our 'About Us' page for a list of sites on where you can purchase them. 

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

- Currently, we accept both credit card and PayPal payments.
